On March 28, 2025, the Ristorante Duca D’Aosta in Bibione (Ve) will host a Four-Handed Dinner in collaboration with the Ristorante Eden in Caorle (Ve).
A meeting between two excellences in Venetian cuisine, which will create a unique gastronomic experience capable of astonishing lovers of good food, quality, and innovation.

An Author’s Menu: the Creativity of the Two Chefs

The event will feature an exceptional menu, the result of the creativity and mastery of the two chefs:
Alessandro Castelnuovo from Ristorante Duca D’Aosta and Tiziano Brichese from Ristorante Eden.

The union of these two kitchens will give life to a journey of flavors designed to enhance local products and the Venetian gastronomic tradition, enriched with touches of originality and innovation.

Each dish will be accompanied by a selection of tasting glasses, chosen to highlight the flavors and aromas of the dishes, in a perfect pairing that will make the evening a celebration of author cuisine.

Ristorante Eden in Caorle, founded in 1971 by the Barbares family vision, is renowned for the quality of local seafood and for its continuous pursuit of balance in flavors.
